On Monday, November 22, 2021, the Torrance Police Department will have additional officers on patrol looking for drivers that are violating the state’s hands-free cell phone law.

Additional officers from the Torrance Police Department will be out on patrol on Saturday, November 13th, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. looking for drivers suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
