On Thursday, March 31, 2016, the City of Torrance Office of Economic Development honored local businesses for their innovative economic development strategies for the year 2015. Winners were announced and recognized at the ninth annual Torrance Advantage Awards ceremony held at Strand Brewing Co., which expanded in late 2015 to a new, larger facility at 2201 Dominguez Street.
