L.A. Metro has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the passenger rail line extension to Torrance. The document describes the three alignments and evaluates the potential environmental impacts per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). During the review period, the public will have an opportunity to comment on the Draft EIR and attend in-person public hearings. We encourage that you attend the in-person meeting located in Torrance to show your support for the Rail Road Right of Way Alignment.
