- Southbound left turns from Van Ness Ave onto eastbound Torrance Blvd will be prohibited
- Northbound traffic on Cabrillo Ave/Van Ness Ave will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane between Sartori Ave Street and Torrance Blvd
- Northbound left turns from Van Ness Ave onto westbound Torrance Blvd will be prohibited
