Post Date:08/16/2023On Monday, July 31st, 2023, the Victim of an assault contacted the Torrance Police Department to file a report. The Victim related that on Saturday, July 29th , 2023, near the 2200 block of 190th Street, an unknown suspect verbally threatened the Victim. The suspect then struck the victim with his car, causing life-threatening injuries to the Victim.
