Torrance Mayor Patrick J. Furey Delivers
Virtual State of the City Address

Torrance, Calif., October 22, 2020 – Today, Mayor Patrick J. Furey delivered his 2020 State of the City Address virtually, to more than 200 attendees. The event was hosted by the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce. 

In his sixth State of the City, Mayor Furey reflected on the obstacles Torrance encountered in 2020 including the Cyber Incident, COVID19, Civil Unrest and the Torrance Cares Campaign and gave insight to plans of recovery. His speech was followed by a Q&A from members of the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce.
