On Thursday, October 17, Mayor Patrick J. Furey spoke about topics including growth and enhancements within the City, the Torrance Unified School District, the Torrance Fire Department, the Torrance Police Department, the Torrance Refining Company, and accomplishments that the City had achieved over the last year as part of the 2019 State of the City Address.

Mayor Furey’s speech followed a six-minute introduction video highlighting various businesses, completed and upcoming projects, and the growth of the City of Torrance.
